| Neighbourhoods |
| Summerside
Summerside is where the richest residents of Sunset Bay call home. These mansions are an impressive sight and the neighboorhood even has it's own private beach. Summerside is closer to the hills on the left side of the town.

| Cliffside
The houses of Cliffside aren't as big as the ones in Summerside but they're still very nice. The prices range from expensive to average, and this neighborhood is the largest, found in the middle area of Sunset Bay.

| Skyview
On the left side of Sunset Bay is Sky View. These houses aren't as big as Cliffside and the prices are quite cheap.

| Sensations
Sensations is the main club in the Bay, and it’s here that most of the teens flock when the night is bright. The music is loud and the dance floor packed. It’s the best place to go if you’re looking for fun. Alcohol is plentiful here, and once you’re in, you don’t have to show of your ID.

| Uptown
Uptown is the elite in fashion. All the latest styles are found on the racks and everything has a designer label and a price tag to match. It is a beautiful shop and there are little vanity desks and chairs in every changing cubicle.

| Parole
Parole is the second main club here in Sunset Bay, and it’s here that things get that little bit crazier. Drugs pass easily form hand to hand, and the alcohol overflows. It’s here some of the more rebellious of Summer Bay haunt and you really have to watch your drink.

| The Sports Center
Here you can learn, practise and play a veriety of sports. Courts and pitches of all shapes and sizes surrounded the building and as well as the indoor courts there is also two olimpic sized pools and a newly furbished gym. Perfect place to do some exersise!

| The Dayton Spa
This luxurious spa is the best for anything, massages, manicures, pedicures, hair styling... It can all be found here. However, a spa as lovely as this has a high price tag...

| The Mall
Ah, the mall. One of the msot popular hang outs, this building is brimming with shops and the cash flows easily. The prices vary from dirt cheap to beyond expensive and there's something for everyone.

Even though the park was built for children, it is mostly the teens who come in the evenigns to sit on the swings.

This brightly coloured shop is the perfect place to get some ice-cream. Every size and every flavour it is a dream come true! You can either sit down at one of the little tables and eat or head back to the beach.

| The Beach
A long stretch of sand rimmed by the sparkling waves of the ocean, this is one of the many highlights of Sunset Bay. It’s here that most people come to bask in the heat, not to mention throw a party.

| Le Carnival
Le Carnival is really jsut an all year fun-fair. There are all the usual games and rides, including a ferris well, rollercoaster and cotton candy stand.

| Shallow Delights
This clothes store is full of the latest trends, though they don’t come with the designer price tag of Uptown. They’re still nice and most defiantly in fashion, but to many of Summer Bay’s inhabitants, they’re simply not up to scratch.
